Israel participates in the 6th session organized by NoGracias to talk about Persistent COVID

Participating in the session:

 

  • Esperanza Martín Correa. Family and community physician for 21 years. Currently working in a Primary Care center of the Institut Català de la Salut in Barcelona.
  • Eva Sanfacundo Flamerich, affected by covid-19 since March 2020 and member of the “Col-lectiu d’Afectades i Afectats Persistents per la Covid 19”.
  • Israel Rodríguez Giralt. Associate Professor and coordinator of the CareNet research group of the Internet Interdisciplinary Institute of the UOC. He has a PhD in Social Psychology (UAB). His research is interested in the forms of activism, citizen participation and public debate in situations of high uncertainty, such as ecological crises, disasters and pandemics. Her latest projects are interested in the relationship between care and disasters, with a special focus on groups usually discriminated in crisis and emergency situations, such as the elderly, people with functional diversity or children and young people. During the pandemic, Israel was part of technical advisory groups for the Generalitat de Catalunya.
