Més sobre Israel Rodríguez

Israel Rodríguez Giralt

Co-director · Full time Researcher · Associate Professor

Actualment, sóc investigador a temps complet a l’Internet Interdisciplinary Institute (IN3, UOC).

He estat investigador visitant a la Universitat de Loughborough (2002), el Centre for the Study of Invention and Social Process, Goldsmiths College, Londres (2009; 2010-2012) i l’Institut de Sociologia, Pontifícia, Universitat Catòlica de Chile (2015).

Al 2014, vaig rebre el premi Amsterdamska de l’European Association for the Study of Science and Technology pel llibre: “Disasters and Politics: Materials, Experiments and Preparedness” (Wiley/Blackwell, 2014), co-editat amb Manuel Tironi i Michael Guggenheim. Al 2018, vaig rebre el David Edge Pize de la Society for the Social Studies of Science (4S) per l’article “Healing, Knowing, Enduring: Care and Politics in Damaged Worlds” publicat al The Sociological Review el 2017.
